Things people ask before they sign.

For the vendor model, typical install is 10–14 days from order — including site survey, civil and electrical work, network commissioning and CSMS onboarding. Operator deployments take 6–10 weeks depending on volume.

Yes. Every K2K charger speaks OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1, so you can point it at any compliant CSMS. Most customers stay on K2K CSMS because of the integrated payouts, but the choice is yours.

UPI, credit and debit cards, prepaid wallets, RFID and the K2K rider app. For device chargers, coin-op and sponsored (free) modes are also available.

AC chargers need a single-phase or three-phase commercial connection (7.4 kW to 22 kW). DC fast chargers (30–60 kW) require a three-phase commercial connection — we help you spec the load and coordinate with the DISCOM.

You set your own tariff inside the allowed range. K2K takes 15% of session revenue, covering payment processing, software, network and roaming. The remaining 85% is settled to your bank weekly.

Yes — that is the operator model. Your logo, your colours, your domain, your tariff structure. K2K stays invisible to your end vendors and drivers.

3 years on EV chargers (parts plus remote support), 2 years on device chargers. An optional AMC extends cover to 7 years with quarterly preventive maintenance.
